All sales are final. 

We will accept exchanges if the jewelry is returned to us within 5 days of receipt. 

The jewelry must be unworn and in original condition.

In the rare event that a piece is sold before being removed from the site, the purchase price will be immediately refunded.  If this occurs there is the possibility of another, similar piece being made by commission. 

The Jewelry

Devta’s jewelry is made of solid 18 and 22 karat gold. Sometimes 14 karat rose gold and platinum are used. All stones are genuine and come from sources that Devta has confirmed are reputable. Please reach out with questions regarding source and certification. Devta has been purchasing stones from the same trusted sources for decades and is wholly committed to quality and authenticity.

Earrings:

The overall length is the length from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the earring. All ear wires and posts are 18K karat gold or platinum.

Ring Sizing:

Most rings can be sized and the sizing service is free of charge. 

However, if the ring needs to be significantly larger there will be a fee.

Commissions:

Devta gladly accepts commissions using both clients gold and stones and/or stones he has purchased. Refashioning an unworn piece of jewelry is a rewarding experience for both the client and the maker.  Contact Devta to discuss ideas.
